Resilience Reset Programme

From exhaustion to sustainable balance

Assessment + 6 weekly sessions + follow up
For individuals and teams

Designed for those experiencing the physical and mental toll of high-pressure environments (e.g. insomnia, headaches, anxiety and high blood pressure) for a short period of time. We focus on restoring systemic balance, and improving quality rest to facilitate long-term wellbeing.

This programme is delivered either as one-to-one session or group worskhop. Whether you are a beginner or looking to deepen your practice, these sessions provide a structured path to a profound sense of contentment. You will learn various relaxation techniques and the foundation of Autogenic Training to navigate through challenging times with more ease; leaving with a personalised stress solutions toolkit to help you feel more balanced and resilient.

Is the stress resilience programme for you?

It is recommended to book this programme if you or your team are experiencing:

  • Inability to switch off: You wonder why you lost interest in activities you once enjoyed and why you can’t switch off your ‘working brain’ over the weekends and during holidays. You feel overly stressed or anxious and have no idea how to regulate your nervous system.
  • Systemic overload: You have difficulty to concentrate; you miss or can’t recall key information and you are afraid these will affect your current position and career options. You cannot sleep properly or notice other stress related symptoms e.g. breathing difficulties, anxiety, or uncharacteristic outbursts of irritability.
  • Preventative care: You would like to learn more about proactive and reactive stress management techniques.
  • Lack of clarity: You feel overwhelmed by a specific issue and don’t exactly know where to start the recovery process. For example despite working harder than ever, you feel like you are getting nowhere. You started to question your own skills, talents and abilities and don’t know where to start fixing the issues.
  • Improve relationships: Your connections are bearing the weight of your stress. You don’t have enough time to spend with your spouse, become easily irritable when your kids are around; losing the joy you used to find in family and friends time. You would like to understand your daily reactions and interactions better to restore harmony and presence with your loved ones.

Tracking triggers
Upon registration you will be asked to answer four simple questions. This is your first step to gain clarity about what causes your overwhelm and your responses will help me tailor your session specifically to your needs.

Your stress-less plan (6 weekly sessions)
In-depth exploration everyday challenges from a different perspective. These can help you to understand the connections between seemingly totally independent life events, and that in itself has a healing effect. You will have the opportunity to practice various relaxation exercises that will help your feel more focused, content and at ease. These exercises are easy to learn and incorporate into your daily schedule after the sessions.

Follow up (the integration)
A 30-minute review session (10-14 days after the last consultation) to discuss your experiences, and adjust your plan to ensure long-term sustainability.
You can share what is going well and address any challenges you experienced during the practice. We will also adjust your personalised plan as needed to ensure it remains practical. This is your space to ask questions about the practice, giving you the confidence to continue independently.
