School of Simplicity
At the School of Simplicity, we explore the transformative power of simplifying how we live and work to achieve greater balance and fulfilment. Sustainable performance is not forced; it is regulated.
In today’s fast-paced, 24/7 culture, stress-related problems have become increasingly prevalent. Many of us feel like mere spectators in our own lives as the blur of constant demand for our attention and availability take over. When expectations from work, family, and social circles become overwhelming, we find ourselves in a survival loop, a state of constant tension and demands that erodes both productivity and personal fulfillment.
We believe that operating under relentless pressure without the coping strategies and physiological tools to deal with them appropriately is a silent SOS call of our century. This is the foundation of our School of Simplicity acronym.
Our mission is to help individuals and organisations rebuild internal capacity by integrating physiological recovery with the development of psychological resilience. By moving beyond mere ‘coping,’ we transform recovery into a foundation for long-term health – a state where life feels manageable, meaningful, and coherent. Engaging with these methods not only promote emotional well-being but they also boost cognitive functions that are instrumental in navigating the complexities of everyday life.
We are here to offer guidance needed to move from a state of constant ‘survival’ to a more harmonious and productive way forward through the Science of Simplicity.

With a dual academic background – an MSc Biology and an MSc Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing – my work is rooted in the physiological reality of the recovery process. I specialise in teaching body-mind techniques and the one skill modern city life made us forget: how to truly reset.
Expertise in high-pressure environments
My perspective is uniquely shaped by a portfolio career spent within world-class, high-pressure environments. From my roles at Imperial College London, and London Business School to my work with international NGOs like Concern Worldwide and the UK Green Building Council, I have a profound understanding of cognitive overload and the systemic demands placed on professionals today.

Restoring systemic balance
In the past 15+ years, I have designed, tailored, delivered and evaluated interactive (in-person and online) workshops and courses that transform how individuals and teams navigate stress and change. My approach moves beyond surface-level coping to focus on personal effectiveness – providing adults, students and groups with the tools and techniques to regulate their nervous system and improve performance from the inside out.
On a 1-on-1 basis I support people who suffer from stress related issues like insomnia, anxiety, panic attack, asthma, HBP, fatigue and adrenal fatigue. I also work with women through the profound transitions of pregnancy and motherhood where the goal is to restore a sense of calm, confidence and internal balance. My mission is to help people feel less overwhelmed and become more resilient in their everyday lives by handling stress and overcoming anxiety.
