    This programme is designed for busy professionals who recognise the need for change and require an evidence-based roadmap to transition out of exhaustion and chronic stress. We identify your primary triggers and introduce relaxation techniques to restore your energy.

  • Resilience Reset Programme (Assessment + 6 weekly sessions + follow up)

  • Autogenic Training course (12 sessions including an assessment and follow-up)
    The course includes shorter and longer relaxation and body awareness exercises to systematically reduce the intensity of the body’s stress response. You learn how to replace stress and anxiety with a calmer physiological state, allowing for natural recovery and sustained mental clarity.
