Tracking triggers
Complete a short questionnaire to identify your primary stressors.
This is your first step to gain clarity about what causes your overwhelm and your responses will help me tailor your session specifically to your needs.

Consultation
Your private resilience reset consultation – 90-min session

We’ll meet for a 90-minute online deep-dive to identify your stressors and their impact on your everyday life. We’ll build your personalised resilience toolkit, and practice a relaxation exercise, so that you’re armed with practical tips and tricks to feel more in charge, calm and balanced.

After the consultation you’ll get an email with the description of the relaxation exercise. This will serve you as a reference point when you want to check how to practice again. You’ll also get your resilience plan including the 3 top tips related to the issues we’ve been talking about during the session. This plan will help you focus on how to reduce stress in the coming weeks.

Follow up – the integration
A 30-minute review session (10-14 days after the consultation) to discuss your experiences, and adjust your plan to ensure long-term sustainability.
You can share what is going well and address any challenges you experienced during the practice. We will also adjust your personalised plan as needed to ensure it remains practical. This is your space to ask questions about the practice, giving you the confidence to continue independently.
