Performance and resilience workshops

High impact, interactive sessions for teams navigating change

These workshops bridge the gap between individual wellbeing and collective effectiveness. Through a blend of individual and group work and evidence-based techniques (including physiological regulation, relaxation, breathing, mindfulness and visualisation exercises), participants learn to tackle stressors from a proactive standpoint and build greater resilience to physical and emotional upsets.

Resilience Reset Programme

Assessment + 6 sessions + follow up

This deep-dive programme is designed for teams or leadership groups experiencing the toll of high-pressure environments – including symptoms such as insomnia, headaches, anxiety and heightened stress responses. The programme focuses on restoring systemic balance, and improving quality rest to facilitate long-term wellbeing. By integrating personal effectiveness, stress and change-management, emotional resilience and assertiveness toolkits with the foundations of Autogenic Training, participants move from a state of exhaustion toward systemic balance. This supports maintaining cognitive clarity, emotional resilience and long term wellbeing.

Autogenic Training course

Assessment + 10 sessions + follow up

This comprehensive course provides a deep dive into physiological recovery. Over 10 sessions, you will learn shorter (1-2 minutes) and longer (10-15 minutes) relaxation exercises designed to regulate your mind and body in moments. The training also involves discussing the stress response, emotional resilience, change management, the biology background of stress and relaxation, providing a holistic understanding of how to maintain balance. This is a lifelong skill, you will gradually learn how to remain resilient and in control through any personal and professional transition.

Yoga

Private and group classes

This dynamic style of Yoga (vinyasa) is linking breath to movement while one pose flows into the next. Sequences are put together in a playful way, making sure safe transition, balancing stretching and strengthening, and challenging the body and mind. I am dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable place for everyone to practice, so all have the opportunity to engage with this dynamic meditative flow. Expect to sweat, also leave the room feeling more balanced, nurtured and content in your body and mind.
